Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets daily with food.

Each tablet contains: Betaine HCl (betaine hydrochloride) 100 mg, amylase 20 mg, cellulase 5 mg, lactase 40 mg, lipase 20 mg, protease 40 mg.
Ingredients : calcium phosphate (filler), microcrystalline cellulose (emulsifier), betaine hydrochloride, maltodextrin, dextrin, lipase (from soy ), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silica), lactase (from wheat and soy ), cellulase, protease (from wheat ), sodium chloride, amylase (from soybeans ).
