Naturmoor Peat kidney thermophore
Peat pad for kidneys, hips, muscles, joints. It is used for balneological therapy as a supportive agent for muscle overload syndromes in sports, workload and degenerative processes of the musculoskeletal system. Dosage and method of use
Heat the thermophore in a water bath for 8 minutes at 80 ° C, or in a microwave oven for a maximum of 2 minutes at 600 W, or a maximum of 5 minutes at 360 W, or 8 minutes at 180 W. When heating, remove the cotton cover. The thermophore can also be used for refrigeration applications after being placed in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
