Nefdesanté Omega 3 is a fish oil supplement that is a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA.

• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to maintaining optimal brain and heart activity and to promoting vision (250 mg daily).
• EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) is involved in the proper functioning of the heart (250 mg daily).
• Vitamin E is involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day. We recommend increasing fluid intake while taking the product.
