1. The product is intended for external use.
2. Before use, the temperature of the package should be checked. One application should not last longer than 20 minutes.
3. Do not use the product heated for longer than recommended. Excessive heating or prolonged contact with the skin can cause skin damage, including burns.
4. When heated, the compress should be warm to the touch, but not hot.
5. Do not use on injuries, sprains, if inflammatory exudate remains after 24 hours.
6. Do not use if the skin is unable to respond properly to temperature (e.g. under local anesthesia or when taking painkillers).
