Ingredients:
1 capsule contains: milk thistle fruit extract 250 mg, Chinese milk thistle fruit extract 100 mg

Also contains: gelatin (packaging), microcrystalline cellulose (thickener), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and titanium dioxide (colours).

Dosage:
1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning.
