NOEMI eyelash and eyebrow dye Golden blond, 15 ml

Eyebrow and eyelash dye is a new hybrid dye. It combines the ingredients and properties of a conventional tinting system with the addition of henna supplements. Long-lasting eyelash and eyebrow dye with a Henna effect. The dye lasts up to 7 days on the skin and up to 7 weeks on the hairs. All colors can be mixed with each other, so you can create the perfect color.
Henna extract with a tattoo effect, additionally nourishes and protects, olive oil protects against drying and adds shine to eyebrows and eyelashes. Green tea, thanks to its composition, strengthens eyebrows and eyelashes, and aloe vera restores lost moisture to dry eyelashes.

Instructions for use:  mix NOEMI 3% oxidant and NOEMI color in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container until you get a uniform consistency. We recommend using 0.5 cm of color and the same amount of oxidant. Using a brush, apply the resulting composition exactly according to the desired eyebrow shape. Gently apply the color to the eyelashes in an even layer. During coloring, the eyes should be closed.

The time for the color to stay on the eyebrows  is 8-10 minutes for a natural look, or up to 15 minutes for a strong effect.

After the lifting procedure and after eyebrow lamination,  the exposure time is 1-3 minutes depending on how strong the desired shade is. The saturation of the shade and the degree of skin discoloration depend on the exposure time of the color.

The time for the dye to work on the eyelashes   is 8-15 minutes. After this time, remove the dye from the eyebrows/eyelashes with a damp cotton swab.
