Oxidizing emulsion used for mixing Noemi colors. The color structure becomes ideal and does not run when coloring. Available in 14, 50 and 100 ml formats.

Thanks to its creamy consistency, it makes mixing easier and does not run during application. Usage: Mix Noemi dye with a 3% solution in a ratio of 1:1. Leave on for 10-15 minutes depending on the desired result. Use within 24 months WARNING: The seal on the cap must be pierced. Do not squeeze the bottle without first piercing the seal, otherwise the seal will burst. Ingredients: water, hydrogen peroxide, cetostearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, sodium stannate.
