Nominal cereal instant porridge is easily digestible. It is a gluten-free food with many uses. The porridge is also suitable for coeliac or allergy sufferers. The porridge contains millet, which is an important source of minerals (iron, phosphorus, silicon, potassium, magnesium, zinc) and vitamins (group B). It does not contain gluten, GMO, milk, eggs, soy or added sugar.

Dosage and method of use

While stirring, add the porridge to warm milk until the desired density is reached.
Porridge can be combined with fruit, nuts, cocoa, etc. It is also suitable as a thickener for sauces and dough or as a binder for meat, vegetable and fruit mixtures.

The porridge contains 60% millet, 40% corn grits.
