Captafer is a dietary supplement made from hydrolyzate (oligosaccharides) from fish collagen, vitamins (C, E), minerals (zinc, copper) and folic acid. Captafer does not contain iron. To guarantee the effectiveness of Captafer, the diet should naturally contain iron.
Captafer is recommended, for example, in women of childbearing potential, in individuals who are intolerant to iron tablets, and in cases of increased need for folic acid.

Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron, helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, normal mental activity and supports the immune system.
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, participates in the process of cell division and contributes to normal DNA synthesis.
Copper contributes to the normal transmission of iron in the body, contributes to the normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

The pack contains 30 tablets.

Dosage and method of use

It is recommended to take 2 tablets daily (at noon and in the evening) for at least 2 months. As a maintenance dose, 1 tablet daily (at noon) is recommended.
Take immediately before a main meal (foods with a higher iron content are recommended).

Ingredients

Each tablet (823 mg) contains vitamin C 45 mg (56.25% *), vitamin E 15 mg (125% *), folic acid 100 mcg (50% *), zinc 7.5 mg (75% *), copper 0.6 mg (60% *), Marine fish cartilage hydrolyzate (oligosaccharides) 400 mg.
