Coenzyme Q 10 is a liposoluble substance and is therefore produced in the form of soft gelatin capsules, where the active substance is dissolved in sesame oil, a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients:
Coenzyme Q 10, thickener coconut oil, plasticizers glycerol and sorbitol, thickener palm oil, emulsifiers soy lecithin and beeswax, color E172, purified water.
Dosage:
Adults take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning with food. The capsules are taken whole and drunk with sufficient fluid.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Warning:
Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of children. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
High doses of Coenzyme Q10 may reduce the effect of warfarin (a medicine that affects blood clotting).
