Ingredients

Soy protein, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, sugar, soy lecithin, milk protein, polydextrose, minerals (potassium, phosphorus, sodium chloride, magnesium, magnesium salts of orthophosphoric acid, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, molybdenum, chromium, selenite sodium) and vitamins (Vitamin C, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, calcium, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin A, folic acid, biotin, vitamin K1, vitamin D, vitamin B12), inulin (fiber from chicory), polydextrose, raspberry powder (3%), thickeners: cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, flavor, blueberry powder (0.35%), malic acid, colorants: beetroot, sweeteners: sucralose. Allergens: contains soy and milk.

Use

Pour 300 ml of cold water into a shaker and pour the contents of one bag. Shake well. Eat 6 servings of NUPO diet daily at regular intervals, approximately 2-3 hours. 1 package of the NUPO diet contains 12 servings from one flavor.

Notice

If NUPO is the only food source, it should not be used for more than 3 weeks without consulting a doctor. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children. When dieting, do not forget the drinking regime, drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day.
