Spirulina is a freshwater cyanobacteria rich in quality protein containing all essential amino acids. Proteins are not only involved in muscle formation, but are also important for overall metabolism. It supplies the body with a number of necessary nutrients in an easily absorbed form. It is a source of beta-carotene , chlorophyll , vitamins (especially group B), minerals (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc), antioxidants and enzymes .
Spirulina acts as an antioxidant , contributes to normal blood sugar levels and helps the natural defenses. Due to its ability to support natural metabolism, it is often used in diet regimens, it controls body weight . It has a positive effect on tone and vitality.
Dosage
Adults take 7-12 tablets twice a day, children from 3 years of age take 1-4 tablets a day 15 minutes before meals. Drink still water.
