Spirulina is a freshwater cyanobacteria rich in quality protein containing all essential amino acids. Dosage
Adults take 1 (approx. 1.4 g) to 1.5 level teaspoons twice a day, children from 3 years of age take ½ teaspoons (approx. 0.7 g) once a day. Mix the powder in 100 ml of water, juice or juice and drink.
