BCAAs are the essential branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine , which are present in this product in a 2: 1: 1 ratio for L-leucine. Branched essential amino acids cannot form the body itself and therefore have to be eaten.

Dosage:

Adults take 3 tablets 1 hour before exercise and 3 tablets immediately after exercise . Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not chew the tablets and drink plenty of water.
