Nutri Works Multivita-Minerals is a versatile multivitamin and mineral capsule that is ideal for everyday use. It contains enough vitamins and minerals needed by the body. Due to the decreasing content of important vitamins and minerals in the soil and natural diet, as well as due to demanding physical activity, dietary mistakes or stress, the level of these important micronutrients may decrease in the body. Regular supplementation thus represents the complete basis of the supplementation pyramid, especially for physically active individuals and athletes.
 
 
It contains important supervitamins A, D, E, C in optimal doses.
 
In addition to the frequent vitamin C deficiency in the body, the biggest problem at present is vitamin D deficiency, which mainly affects the entire European population, especially in winter and spring. The reason is, among other things, the use of sun protection factors. The body is thus unable to produce enough of this important vitamin, which is literally essential for the immune system and the production of antibodies.
