Dosage:
Take 2 capsules 3 times a day at least 20 minutes before each meal. Drink at least 1 glass of water (0,2-0,3l). Swallow the capsules whole and do not open them before taking.
Composition:
Glucomannan 500 mg, Flax fiber 150 mg, Garcinia cambogia extract 50% HCA 25 mg, Chromium 10 µg (25% of the recommended daily dose) per capsule.
