Characteristics : Glutamine Xplode contains L-glutamine and the active ingredient VIT-A-MIN, which are mutually supportive and fundamentally accelerate the enhancement of physical performance and fitness. The combination of L-glutamine and the added L-leucine ensures maximum anticatabolic effect and also a maximum anabolic effect.

Dosage : Dissolve 1 dose (10 g of powder) in 200 ml of water and take once a day before breakfast, after training or before going to bed.
