Use
- Brush your teeth with your favorite toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
- Apply an even thin layer of gel to the front of the teeth or to the mouthpiece on the front of both trays.
- Turn on the LED mouthpiece, put it in your mouth and rest it on your teeth. Leave on for 10-20 minutes .
- After bleaching, remove the LED light from the mouthpiece and rinse the mouthpiece thoroughly with hot water.
- Check the result using the tooth whiteness scale
- For best results, repeat 7 days twice a day or until the desired shade is reached.
