Learn how to manage the effects of diet-related treatment
The most common side effects are caused by the mechanism of how capsules work and are the result of the fat that passes through your body. These effects typically occur during the first few weeks of taking the capsules before you learn what the maximum amount of fat in your diet is. These effects of diet-related treatment for you may be a sign that you ate more fat than you should.

You can learn to minimize the impact of treatment effects associated with following the following guidelines:
Start with a low-fat diet for a few days or a week before you start taking the capsules Find out more about how much fat you usually have your favorite foods and the size of your portions. By getting to know the portion size, you reduce the chance that you will accidentally exceed your target fat value. Divide your permitted fat dose evenly into all meals during the day. Do not "consume" the permitted amount of fat and calories to allow them to disposable food or a high fat meal as you may have done in other weight loss programs. Most users with these effects have found that they can manage and regulate them by adjusting the diet.

Do not be alarmed if you do not have any of these problems. This does not mean that capsules do not work.
