Orthomol® Vital m is a dietary supplement with sugars and a sweetener that contains a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and important substances for the nervous system and energy metabolism . It is designed for dietary care of men with chronic fatigue, burnout and diseases related to stress associated with metabolic disorders.

• Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, vitamin C, calcium and iodine contribute to normal energy metabolism.
• Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and vitamin C, biotin, iodine, help the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Vitamins C, E, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Vitamin A helps maintain normal skin and mucous membranes. It has a positive effect on the normal functioning of the immune system.

Dosage:

Take the contents of 1 sachet daily with or after a meal. Stir in 100-150 ml of still water or fruit juice, taken with a capsule containing omega-3 fatty acids and a tablet containing iodine.
