MSM (methylsulphonylmethane) is naturally occurring organic sulfur compoundwhich has a number of positive properties for the body. Sulfur is a key component of many proteins, including some hormones and enzymes. MSM provides the important sulfur needed for synthesis of keratin and collagen, which has a positive effect on the appearance and condition of the hair and nails.

Another benefit of MSM is its effectiveness in combating visible signs of skin aging. Studies have shown that taking MSM leads to decreased wrinkles, improved skin texture, increased firmness, elasticity, moisture, glow and luminescence. Sulfur also helps eliminate free radicals and is involved in the production of some vitamins important for proper metabolism.

It is assumed that MSM has anti-inflammatory effectswhich can reduce swelling and improve the overall functionality of the body. People suffering from joint degeneration may feel improved physical performance and reduced pain. The Osavi supplement contains high concentrations MSM (1000 mg per capsule), which makes it easy to achieve the recommended daily dose of 2000 mg divided into two doses. The capsules contain a white, odorless powder that dissolves perfectly in water, allowing for a liquid form of intake. Evening use may affect falling asleep, so it is recommended to divide the doses into morning and afternoon.

Recommended dosage

2 capsules a day with food. Drink the capsules with a glass of water. We recommend taking one capsule in the morning with food and one capsule in the afternoon with food.
