Pangamin Forte Magnesium 90 tablets
Daily dose of magnesium in 3 tablets. The preparation contains brewer's yeast and Aquamin Mg, a natural source of magnesium from seawater. This magnesium has a bioavailability of up to 90 %, much more than magnesium from other sources. Bioavailability is the ability to absorb and utilize a substance in the body. Aquamine Mg is soluble in stomach acids that allow the absorption of magnesium into the bloodstream. Aquamin Mg has a completely neutral taste and smell.
