Papilocare vaginal gel is a medical device intended for the restoration of the epithelium of the transitional (transformation) zone of the cervix for the prevention and supportive treatment of lesions (mucosal injuries) caused by HPV. 

It creates a protective barrier in the cervical transition zone to prevent the risk of HPV infection. It improves the healing process when the gel is used as a supportive agent during the treatment of intraepithelial lesions caused by HPV on the cervical and vaginal mucosa. 

Papilocare is suitable for:

  • to control and restore the epithelium of the cervical transition zone to prevent HPV-induced lesions (LSIL),
  • supportive treatment of intraepithelial lesions caused by HPV,
  • healing and support of epithelial regeneration of lesions of the cervical and vaginal mucosa,
  • treatment of dryness of the cervical and vaginal mucosa,
  • restoring the balance of the vaginal microbiota,
  • improvement of vaginal health,
  • creating conditions for rapid healing of lesions caused by burning or itching,
  • forming a protective thin layer that quickly reduces irritation by creating suitable conditions for the natural healing process.

It is intended for:

  • women (over 18 years of age) infected with human papillomavirus (HPV) regardless of whether they already have lesions caused by the virus (ASCUS or LSIL) or not.

Active ingredients:  Hyaluronic acid niosomes, ß-glucan niosomes, Asian navel phytosomes, Coriolus versicolor extract, BioEcolia® Indian Zederach extract, Aloe vera extract, gel-forming ingredients.

The package contains 21 single doses of 5 ml.

 Dosage and method of use

Insert the tube with the applicator into the vagina, squeeze the tube to expel its contents. Apply preferably before bedtime. The treatment lasts 6 months and can be extended on the recommendation of a doctor. It is recommended to start treatment after menstruation.

  • First month: Apply one tube daily for 21 consecutive days and skip the next 7 days.
  • Subsequent months (months 2 to 6): Apply one tube every other day for 21 days.

Do not administer to persons who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of the product. If discomfort occurs after application, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Use during pregnancy only after consulting a doctor.
