Peat pad for kidneys, loins, muscles, joints. Dosage and method of use
Heat the thermophore in a water bath for 8 minutes at 80 ° C, or in a microwave oven for max. 2 minutes at 600 W, or max. for 5 minutes at 360 W, or 8 minutes at 180 W. When heating, remove the cotton cover. After being placed in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, the thermophore can also be used for refrigeration applications.
