Hops has a calming effect on the nervous system, helps with sleep problems and also has antioxidant properties. The composition is enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE

Take 1 capsule daily. Drink with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
