Fytopharma Gurmar is a herbal tea in infusion bags that contains the Gymnema forest plant (Gymnema sylvestre). This traditionally used Indian creeper contains the peptide gurmarin. Gymnema contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels , helps control body weight and reduces appetite (for sweets).
