PU-ERH, is a designation for dark tea grown in the Chinese province of Yunnan. Pchu-er is made, with a few exceptions, from one species of tea bush, ta-jie, literally translated as "big leaf," and processed using additional tea fermentation.
Preparation
- Pour 0.25 l of boiling water into the bag and let it infuse for 2-5 minutes.
