Proventaq® NEO with sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate and aloe is a disposable medical device for rectal use in micro clysters designed to facilitate emptying in case of constipation, also in case of hemorrhoids.
Medical device with sorbitol, a carbohydrate with a softening effect, which has laxative effects due to a mechanism that consists in drawing water into the stool, softening it and promoting peristalsis and intestinal evacuation. Due to its moisturizing properties, sodium hyaluronate has a softening and moisturizing effect. Aloe forms a protective film that protects the integrity of the mucous membrane.
The package contains 6 single micro clysters of 9 g each.
Dosage and method of use
Use 1 micro clyster if necessary or as prescribed by a doctor.
- Remove the cannula cover by bending it at the base.
- Lubricate the cannula with a drop of solution.
- Insert the cannula into the rectum and squeeze the vial.
- Keep the bottle constantly pressed, remove and discard.
Composition
Each microclysm contains: sorbitol, sodium hyaluronate, aloe vera gel, sodium citrate, citric acid, benzyl alcohol and hydroacetic acid.
