Use: Pour 2 teaspoons (10 g) into a glass, pour 250 ml of cold water and stir. Don't forget to use it regularly.

Protopan Lactobacillus plus inulin and Protopan Omega 3a6
Take dietary supplements regularly every day, preferably all at once.
Omega 3a6 and Lactobacillus capsules are ideally taken with a pH balance solution in the morning. Probiotics can also be mixed, for example, into milk or yogurt.
Use: Children from 3 to 15 years 1 capsule daily in the morning, adults over 15 years 2 capsules daily in the morning. Drink plenty of water.
