Optimal Vegan Protein is a premium blend of two BIO vegetable proteins - whole grain rice and pea rice. Rice protein is very digestible and absorbable, and has an almost perfect amino acid spectrum. However, one amino acid remains low - it is lysine, which is enough in the pea protein. Thus, the combination of these two proteins brings together a complex amino acid spectrum where all BCAAs and other amino acids are sufficient.
The advantage of plant proteins over animal ones is gentleness to the digestive tract. We will not lie that animal proteins sometimes cannot bother with high intake. It's easier with plants.
Optimal Vegan Protein is completely free of pesticides, GMOs and irradiated ingredients. It also does not contain any artificial sweeteners (sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame, ...) or other synthetic additives.
The high emphasis on the purity of the ingredients used is not exaggerated. Protein serves as a building block - from the received proteins, the body literally creates and regenerates muscle mass, tissues, skin and bones. The presence or absence of waste products in the body is then reflected in how we feel, how fit we are, and what we are able to perform.
