Wheatgrass Powder BIO contains powder from young wheat, which is classified as a superfood . By young wheat or also by wheat grass is meant the fresh green part of the germinated wheat grain. Due to the very high content of micronutrients, young wheat has been known and valued since ancient times.
Young wheat contains a complex of substances, among which chlorophyll stands out in the first place. It is a vegetable green dye that ensures photosynthesis. It is very similar to hemoglobin and has properties related to its production. It also has properties related to oxidative stress, digestion and other areas.
