Dosage
Remove the strip from the protective blister, place in the mouth on the inside of the cheek or under the tongue and let it dissolve freely - take 2 strips a day for at least 3 months.

The recommended daily dose (2 strips) contains: Hydrolyzed fish collagen (3,000 Da) 300 mg; hyaluronic acid: 2 mg; vitamin C: 2 mg (2.5%); vitamin E: 2 mg (16%*), yeast (glutathione): 2 mg; biotin: 20 µg (40%*); elastin 2 mg; thickeners: pectins; sweetener: enzymatically produced steviol glycosides; glycerine; sucrose esters with fatty acids; natural lemon flavor; trehalose, malic acid; gardenia, modified corn starch.
