Usage instructions:

Pour the lightening powder into the developer emulsion bottle. Shake the vial until a creamy substance is formed. Then apply the mixture to dry hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly after a period of exposure and apply a treatment. Read and follow the instructions for use provided in the enclosed package insert.
RECOMMENDATION: For hair longer than shoulders or very thick hair use 2 packs.
