How to use:

Before applying eyelash dye, smear one side of the protective paper under the eyes with RefectoCil Eye Protection Regular cream (never water) and gently place the paper under the lower lashes, as close as possible to the edge of the lower eyelid (the application will work best if the eyes are directed upwards). Then you can paint the eyelashes. Once the paint has been absorbed and the time has elapsed, remove the papers and rinse the lashes with water.
