RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow Color 15 ml

How to apply:

Step 1: Prepare the coloring paste. Mix 2 cm of color with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream (oxidants not included). 

Step 2: Use protective silicone pads or RefectoCil papers and then use the stick to apply the color to dry, make-up free and clean eyebrows and eyelashes. 

Step 3: Depending on the desired intensity, leave on for 5-10 minutes and wipe with a moistened cotton swab. Eyes must remain closed until complete cleaning.
