Restaxil® nerve pain gel – The first pain gel specifically for nerve pain

Restaxil® nerve pain gel is an approved medicinal product for the treatment of pain and sensations caused by nerve damage (nerve pain). These often manifest themselves, for example, in the form of (chronic) neck or back pain. They can also appear as tingling, burning pain in the legs and feet, often accompanied by numbness. Restaxil® nerve pain gel – the active ingredients

With the special dual complex in the nerve pain gel from Restaxil®, those affected can relieve pain and discomfort caused by nerve damage. The two active ingredients Iris versicolor and Spigelia anthelmia have proven effective in treating neuropathic pain.

According to the drug description, the active ingredient from this medicinal plant, which is native to North America, is used, for example, for sciatica and pulling pain in the hip nerve up to the foot.

Spigelia anthelmia (wormweed)
This medicinal plant, native to South America and the West Indies, is used to relieve nerve pain, according to the drug description.

Restaxil® nerve pain gel is suitable for use on the skin. Depending on the size of the painful area to be treated, an amount approximately the size of a cherry should be applied and massaged in.

The gel should not be applied to open skin areas or come into contact with mucous membranes.
