Protective face mask with nanofiber filter against micro-organisms for single use. SAFETY NANO PROJECT mask consists of a three-layer laminate with a nanofiber layer with high protection against allergens, molds, dust particles, bacteria and viruses . Due to the atypical cut the mask fits well to the face and acts as one large filter. It is comfortable to wear and breathes well through it . Size L.

Effectiveness against bacteria and viruses
The filtration efficiency of the material is 99% for allergens, 99% for P1 dust particles, 100% for PM2, 5 and 10 dust particles. Filtration efficiency for organisms depends on the size of the microorganism. For bacteria, the filtration efficiency is 98-99%. For viruses, the filtration efficiency is 80-85% since the size of known viruses ranges from approximately 18-300 nm.

SAFETY NANO PROJECT is a product that has been created as a quick response to a new situation in the company in order to rely on its own available resources. The drape was tested at the Occupational Safety Research Institute - ZL Praha according to ČSN EN 149 + A1. According to the test results, the protective mask is resistant to temperature changes and shows no mechanical defects. The measured values of carbon dioxide concentration in the inhaled air are below the limit values. According to the above results, the protective mask for the consumer is absolutely safe with high filtration efficiency against various microorganisms, allergens, molds and dust particles with a lower pressure drop.
Ingredients
The base of the face mask is a three-layer laminate composed of PP-based Ekotextile FNAO 1583, as well as nanolayers based on PVDF polymer and PP-based spunbonds.
Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use, or use alcohol-based disinfectant.
- Cover the nose and mouth with the drape, pull the elastic band over the ears, the underside must be under the chin. An elastic band is inserted at the top of the drape in the region of the nose.
- Do not touch the drape after it has been put on to reduce its effectiveness.
- If the drape gets wet, use another.
- When removing the drape, touch only the rubber bands or the side of the drape. Dispose of the used cloth in a closable waste bin and wash your hands thoroughly again.
- The mask is packed in a sealable bag of 10 pieces. Thorough hand hygiene is required before opening the bag. Close the bag immediately after removing the drape.
- The mask is for single use only, do not reuse.
