Valerian is a perennial up to 1.5 m tall, found in ditches and shrubs on moist soils. Well-known folk names include cat root and baldrian. It is preferably used in states of nervousness, anxiety, excitement or stress.

Dosage:

After shaking, take 17 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in your mouth and letting it absorb through the mucous membranes. It is possible to drink a small amount of water.
The recommended daily dose contains 966 mg of dried plant matter.
