Samahan is an Ayurvedic herbal tea. It consists of 14 different herbal ingredients, including spices and ingredients, used in cuisine around the world. In Sri Lanka, it is one of the ancient recipes known as "Peyava". The activities of the individual components are combined to have the best possible effect. Some herbs act in synergy, some as biological enhancers and natural preservatives. Ayurvedic healers recommend tea for regular drinking.
Ginger root supports the normal function of the respiratory system, promotes vitality and suppresses fatigue.
Licorice root supports the immune system and the body's natural defenses.
Dosage and method of use
Dissolve 1 sachet in 100 ml of boiling water. The optimal daily dose is 3-5 sachets.
Ingredients
The product contains Adhatoda vasica (root), Alpinia galanga (rhizome), Carum copticum (rhizome), Coriandrum sativum (seed), Coscinium fenestratum (stem), Cuminum cyminum (seed), Evolvulus alsinoides (whole plant), Glycyrrhiza glabra (stem) , Hedyotis herbaceae (whole plant), Piper longum (fruit), Piper nigrum (fruit), Premna herbacea (root), Solanum xanthocarpum (whole plant) and Zingiber officinale (rhizome).
