Samahan is an instant Ayurvedic herbal drink traditionally used to support the immune system. This drink comes from Sri Lanka and contains a mixture of 14 different herbs. The drink made from a mixture of herbs and spices tastes strongly of pepper, coriander and ginger.
Contains 14 different herbs:
- Coriander - supports the immune system and contributes to normal digestion
- Ginger - supports the normal function of the respiratory system, promotes vitality and suppresses fatigue
- Black pepper - antioxidant
- Long pepper - promotes encouragement
- Bald licorice - supports the immune system and the body's natural defenses
- Roman cumin and Galgan medicinal - contribute to normal digestion
- Columbia wood, Coptic cumin , Solanum xanthocarpum, Mollugo cerviana, Hedyotis corymbosa, Premna herbacea, Evolvulus alsinoide, Adhathoda vasica

Dosage and method of use
Pour the contents of one or two sachets into a cup. Pour approximately 100-250ml of hot water (NOT boiling!) Stir thoroughly.
The recommended daily dose is 4 sachets.
