Lactulose Sandoz 670 mg / ml softens the faeces and facilitates its passage by attracting water to the intestine. It regulates the physiological activity of the intestines. Laktulosa Sandoz 670 mg / ml is used to treat constipation symptoms . Lactulose Sandoz 670 mg / ml is for adults and adolescents from 14 years. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age may only use the medicine on the advice of a doctor.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents from 14 years of age take 15-45 ml of solution at the beginning of treatment, after a few days the dose can be reduced to a maintenance dose of 15-30 ml. Adolescents and children aged 7-14 take 15 ml as the initial daily dose and 10-15 ml as the maintenance daily dose. Children aged 1 to 6 years are given 5-10 ml as an initial and maintenance dose, and infants less than 1 year of age receive 2.5-5 ml of syrup. Lactulose Sandoz is given as a single daily dose or in divided doses of up to three daily doses. Do not take more than 14 days without consulting your doctor. A few days of treatment (2-3 days) may be needed before the therapeutic effect is seen.
Ingredients
The active substance is lactulose (lactulosum) in the form of a solution. Each ml of Lactulosa Sandoz solution contains 670 mg lactulose. The product contains no excipients.
