1 morning capsule (Morgenkapsel) contains: 100 mg magnesium, 60 mg vitamin C, 25 mg ginseng extract: equivalent to 100 mg ginseng, 20 mg royal jelly, 10 mg of vitamin E, 5 mg of iron, 800 µg of vitamin A, 200 µg of copper, 25 µg of selenium, 5 µg of vitamin D3.

1 evening capsules (Abendkapsel) contains:170 mg garlic extract: equivalent to 850 mg garlic, 70 mg citrus bioflavonoids, 27 mg lemon balm extract: corresponds to 152 mg lemon balm, 15 mg niacin, 10 mg zinc, 6 mg valerian extract: corresponds to 40 mg valerian, 5 mg of pantothenic acid, 1.6 mg of vitamin B6, 1.5 mg of vitamin B2, 1.1 mg of vitamin B1, 100 µg of folic acid, 100 µg of biotin, 2 µg of vitamin B12 .

Recommended dosage:
