Contents: 30 capsules = 16 g (filling amount)

1 morning capsule (Morgenkapsel) contains: 100 mg magnesium, 60 mg vitamin C, 25 mg ginseng extract: equivalent to 100 mg ginseng, 20 mg royal jelly, 10 mg of vitamin E, 5 mg of iron, 800 µg of vitamin A, 200 µg of copper, 25 µg of selenium, 5 µg of vitamin D3.

Ingredients: magnesium oxide (32.3%), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (17.5%), pea fiber concentrate (13.2%), vitamin C - L-ascorbic acid (11.3%), iron gluconate (8.9 %), ginseng root extract (4.7%), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (3.8%), royal jelly (3.8%), vegetable oil (2.8%), maltodextrin (0, 46%), food color titanium dioxide (0.34%), vitamin A - retinyl palmitate (0.30%), copper gluconate (0.27%), sugar - sucrose (0.17%), acacia ( 0.14%), corn starch (0.06%), sodium selenate (0.012%), vitamin D3 - cholecalciferol (0.001%).


Evening capsules (Abendkapseln):
Contents: 30 capsules = 15.05 g (filling amount)

1 evening capsules (Abendkapsel) contains:170 mg garlic extract: equivalent to 850 mg garlic, 70 mg citrus bioflavonoids, 27 mg lemon balm extract: corresponds to 152 mg lemon balm, 15 mg niacin, 10 mg zinc, 6 mg valerian extract: corresponds to 40 mg valerian, 5 mg of pantothenic acid, 1.6 mg of vitamin B6, 1.5 mg of vitamin B2, 1.1 mg of vitamin B1, 100 µg of folic acid, 100 µg of biotin, 2 µg of vitamin B12 .

Ingredients: garlic extract (33.8%), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (18.9%), citrus bioflavonoids (13.96%), zinc oxide (6.7%), grape sugar (5.9%), lemon balm extract medical (5,4%), maltodextrin (5,0%), pea fiber concentrate (3,0%), niacin - nicotinamide (3,0%), valerian extract (1,2%), pantothenic acid - calcium D-pantothenate (1.1%), vegetable oil (0.8%), vitamin B6 - pyridoxine hydrochloride (0.39%), vitamin B2 - riboflavin (0.30%), vitamin B1 - thiamine- hydrochloride (0.29%), folic acid - pteroyl monoglutamic acid (0.02%), biotin (0.02%), vitamin B12 - cyanocobalamin (0.0004%).


Recommended dosage:
After breakfast 1 morning capsule, after dinner 1 evening capsule swallow whole with some water.
