The gluten-free gingerbread oat cup is an absolute novelty on the market. Also known under the English name oat mug cake. A loose mixture made from oat flakes, without flour, therefore an ideal supplement to a healthy diet.
Composition and allergens
Ingredients: gluten-free OAT flakes 50%, sugar, ground flax, dried EGGS, olive oil, corn starch, raising agents (potassium hydrogen tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), gingerbread spice 1.5%, vegetable fiber, dried orange 0.5%, sea salt, caramelized sugar, thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), natural flavoring.
