Use
Remove your jewelry and remove your nail polish. Wash and dry your feet. Open the top of the sock along the fold and put it on. Turn the top edge inward so as not to soak other parts of the body with active fluid. Leave on for 60 to 90 minutes. Remove exfoliating socks, wash your feet with lukewarm water and soap.
