Description: In Japanese and traditional Chinese medicine, Shiitake has used centuries of history. Compared to the whole dried sponge, its extract is much stronger and therefore most suitable for the therapeutic purpose.
Usage: 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days pause or 3 weeks and 1 week pause. We recommend taking 20 minutes before eating, drinking with water or tea.
