Silvita Omega 3 + Coenzyme Q10 100 capsules

Fish oil supplement containing Omega 3 fatty acids. By far the most important source of Omega 3 fatty acids are seafood and fish. If your diet is missing, good food supplements are a good solution. Silvita Omega 3 + Coenzyme Q 10 contains 500 mg fish oil with a preferred ratio of EPA and DHA fatty acids. Each capsule contains 500 mg fish oil (of which 200 mg EPA and 100 mg DHA) and 30 mg coenzyme Q 10.

• EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart activity (beneficial effects are achieved with 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily)
• DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain activity and to the normal state of vision (beneficial effect is achieved by delivering 250 mg of DHA daily)

Ingredients:

Fish oil, coenzyme Q10, capsules: gelatin, glycerol, beeswax, soybean oil, iron oxide.

Dosage:

Once a day 1-3 capsules , preferably after a meal. Drink down with plenty of liquid.
