Amino acid glutamine Sizeandsymmetry L-glutamine are the most abundant amino acid in our body. In skeletal muscle, it is found in as much as 60% of the total amount of amino acids presented. It has a unique regenerative ability for our body, delays the state of overtraining and catabolism of muscle mass, supports immunity and improves the body's defenses.
Glutamine can also affect the production of growth hormone and thus significantly improve muscle mass. Our body consumes up to 20 g of glutamine daily during intense exercise, which is pulled from muscle proteins and breaks down. By supplying glutamine from an external source, we prevent this negative effect.
