Adults take 3 sachets a day. You can double the dose at the start of treatment (ie 6 sachets on the first day). Dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a glass of water. Take Smecta between meals. If you feel unwell within 2 days or if you feel aggravated, you should consult your doctor.
