Solgar Omega 3 Double Strength is a dietary supplement in capsule form.
The unique processing method allows omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA) to be delivered in their naturally occurring forms for maximum absorption and utilization. The result is a balanced source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Solgar® Omega-3 Double Strength Softgels contain oils from seasonally available cold-water fish.

The beneficial effect is achieved with the intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA per day. An additional intake of 5 g per day in combination of EPA and DHA shall not be exceeded.
The capsules do not contain gluten, wheat, milk, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavors or colours.
The package contains 30 capsules.
Dosage and method of use
Recommended daily dosage: As a dietary supplement, adults take four soft capsules a day, ideally with or as directed by a doctor.
Composition
Concentrate of fish oil from cold water fish, soft capsule shell: gelatin (beef), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil); antioxidant: a mixture of tocopherols (vitamin E).
