Dosage and method of use
Recommended dose: Adults take 1 herbal capsule per day , ideally 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by the doctor.
Composition
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, maltodextrin, passion fruit extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), organic rice extract blend: rice fiber, rice extract, gum arabic, sunflower oil, extract of hop flowers (Humulus lupulus L.), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI).
